Terms of Service

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. ProductTruth is not directed at children.

Service

ProductTruth provides informational reports about consumer products from package labels and cited outside sources. Reports are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Scores can be incomplete, stale, or wrong. Unknown is a valid result.

HEALTH, TRUST, and TASTE are separate dimensions. Taste does not change Trust.

Accounts and deletion

Guest use is allowed for core scan and compare. Account deletion is in Profile. Deletion does not cancel Apple subscriptions.

Subscriptions

Pro is billed through the App Store. Price, period, trial, and renewal come from StoreKit. Manage or cancel in Apple subscriptions. Refunds follow Apple and applicable law.

Contributions

You confirm you have the right to share submitted information. The contribution form accepts text corrections and lot details, stores them with your account for review, and removes them when you delete your account. Intake does not automatically change reports. Do not submit illegal, private, or infringing content. Photo contributions are not currently accepted by this form.

Corrections

Report factual errors at support@tryproducttruth.com. A brand may submit evidence. A brand cannot pay to change a Trust score.

Brands

Product and brand names identify third-party goods. ProductTruth is not affiliated with or endorsed by manufacturers unless we say so.

Liability

Reports are informational. Warranty and liability limits are subject to non-waivable consumer law. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, subject to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.
